player development & placement
How does SSD Lorenza approach player development?
SSD Lorenza focuses on helping players grow with clear direction. Development includes technical growth, game understanding, role clarity, feedback and progress over time.
Are players guaranteed placement on a team?
Placement is not automatic. Team placement is based on age group, readiness, team needs and the environment where a player can continue to grow. Our goal is to place players where they can be challenged, supported and set up for long-term development.
Do players receive individual feedback?
Yes. Player profiles, development priorities, feedback and video review are used to help players understand their strengths, growth areas and next steps.
Is development only about soccer ability?
No. Development includes technical, tactical, physical and mental growth. We want players to improve as competitors, teammates and people.
Formazione driven. community raised.
SSD Lorenza is building something more personal, more connected, and more purposeful. A club where players are known, families are valued, and the game is treated as a craft.
